I wanted to say a very big thank you for removing an enormous strain from our impending office move by carefully planning through moving all the IT. Please pat yourself on the back. Over 2 years perfect service. IT used to be real problem for us but we don’t think about it anymore as its in your hands. One particularly good thing that you do is talk the “Teccy” stuff to our suppliers on our behalf. I remember one time when a large corporate client of ours had upgraded their Platform?? To a new script but forgot to tell their suppliers, Jakub identified the problem before their IT dept.

Turnaround time is usually just a few hours from when you log the problem. FX7’s support has the knowledge to solve the issue very quickly, no if and buts. Our previous IT support provider who would pass us to a first line response consisting of inexperience staff, which is frustrating. The quarterly visits help to iron out any potential issues.
